FAQ
Fees and policy, in one place.
The questions families ask most — answered once, plainly, instead of repeated across every programme page.
Is the centre MOE-registered?
Yes. The MOE certificate number is 4537.
Do you provide homework supervision?
Yes. Supervised sessions help students manage their homework: we explain the corrections found and give feedback to work on. It is a way to partner the school's post-lesson revision, whether the assignment is set by you or a school teacher.
Do you offer IP tuition?
Yes. IP tuition is available for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Is there a trial lesson?
Yes — paid trial lessons are offered. Your child may join a regular class to see whether the lesson suits them.
What do I pay on registration?
A one-time administrative fee and registration fee of $50 each, plus a refundable deposit of $100 per subject (refundable when one month's notice is given and served). Material Fees of $40 are collected half-yearly for worksheets and class books. Payment is made at the start of the month.
What modes of payment do you accept?
Cash, cheque and PayNow.
When are tuition fees due?
Fees are payable on the first lesson of the month. Fees collected for a particular month are not transferable to any other month.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not provided for non-attendance of lessons. Refunds in select circumstances are at the centre's discretion; each case is considered on its own and one refund does not create an obligation in another.
What if my child misses a scheduled lesson?
A make-up lesson can be arranged, subject to availability, for absence due to medical reasons (with a medical certificate) or school activities (with documents from the school).
Are there lessons during school holidays?
Yes, lessons run during school holidays unless otherwise advised by the centre.
Are there lessons on public holidays?
Yes, lessons proceed as usual unless a full centre closure is announced.
Do you provide ad-hoc tuition?
Yes. Ad-hoc tuition is available for specific difficult topics or a focused revision check.
How are fees structured?
Fees are based on four lessons per subject. Package and online rates differ by level; the centre confirms current rates on enquiry.

A note on this page
A clearer, faster site for a serious tuition centre.
This is a rebuild concept: the same real programmes and teaching philosophy, restructured for clarity, accessibility and search, and stripped of the scattered contact details, dead widgets and image-only testimonials of the original.
Redesign concept by Made By Katalyst — not the official MAXIMIND site.
